I went into her office and said I wanted to discuss something important. Essentially I told her that she was very attractive and I always had a certain fantasy involving the two of us.
She asked me to elaborate and when I suggested adjourning to the jacks she gave a broad smile and said 'I couldn't possibly do that'.

That threw me a bit so I offered to reverse the proposition. Sadly she declined that too stating that 'She was in a long-term relationship and it wouldn't be fair on him'.

She's said she wouldn't hold it against me and was quite flattered.
I'm having going away drinks after work and she still thinks she'll be able to make it.

So - there may still be hope!
