It's a real pain in the ass as both a user and developer having to click on the Flash parts of a website to enable them, due to the Microsoft legal battle...

Anyway i didn't realise there was a way around this until i visited the Tamango website - www.tamango.ie

You dont have to click on the flash to enable it at all there. Anyone any idea how they did that?

Kirupa.com is great for flash answers.

What's the deal with that embed copyright issue? It is illegal to embed... anything? Are the owners of the embed tag going to search sites that contain the embed tag and serve them cease and desist letters?

What version of Internet Explorer now forces you to click the flash object?
