    I would like an opinion on the following please?

    last week I started taking Lipo 6 (second course 1st one was about 2 months ago for 20 days) and then on sat the wife sprang a surprise that she was going to be out mon,tue,wed,thurs this week so i'd be at home with our son.

    So hitting the gym was out for those days. so I stopped taking Lipo 6 tues,weds,thurs cos I felt it was too long a gap in training and probably wasting the pills.

    Should I have stopped (gonna restart tomorrow) or just continued?

    Any how does this apply to other supplements - sometimes I would take creatine and I will take ZMA, tribbulus next time I'm building muscle.

    Me personally, i would have stayed taking the pills tbh. But thats just me.

    As for the ZMA and Tribulus, i would suggest you take them when on a cut as well. Most people lower fat a lot on a cut, and the calorie deficency combined with the low fat diet will drop your test, which would be detrimental to your results.
