    Ok newbie question. Im interested in getting a freeview card for my sky+ box mainly for ch4 etc.
    Do you have to change the card physically every time you want to watch a freeviw channel??
    Does it take long to reboot and display the channels?
    Any other info would be appreciated.

    Yes you have to swap the cards to view the FTV channels (C4, five and Sky Three), I usually go to ch999 and pull out my sub card and put in my FTV card and wait around 30-40 seconds before the box displays the UK EPG.

    Freeview = DTT
    Freesat = Satellite, this requires a Free To View card

    yes, you need to change the cards when you go from subscription to Free To View card

    beware: you will not be able to record any of the channels on the Free To View card on your Sky+ box
