This is what you need:
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/2390

Install Firefox and use this as an extension.
It will install an icon in the bottom right section of your screen.
Click it when a video begins to display and it will give you a shortcut to download the video.

Simple!

VideoDownloader will work, also Unplug might do the job. They are both FF plugins.
