    Hello all,

With the permission of the mod's would it be possible to announce the opening of a new supplement store in Dublin?

By the end of next week, PRO-NUTRITION will open for business. We are located at 175 Phibsboro Road, Dublin 7. 10 mins from the city centre.

We will be stocking all the latest ranges and various products. We will also have the full NutritionX product range at unbeatable prices.

Jon will be working with us, as he has the MA back ground so he will keep you posted etc.
I know other guys from the the other supp stores do post here, hopefully we can co-exists together and work to help each other.

    Thanks for your time lads!

    PN

    Will ye do mail order?

I was actually on to Jon a few weeks ago but the lads I was enquiring for bought the same Whey from Fitness.ie :) I have been meaning to ask if the distributor had anything to do with VJ Fitness? Seems to be the same Industrial Estate anyway :)

Finally, will ye carry the "Animal Pak" multi-vit. sets ?, and could I get a price please :D

Here or by PM is fine and best of luck in your new venture!

    Hi guys,

At the moment its just going to be a retail outlet. Maybe in the future a buy on line option might be looked at.

The product range will be NutritionX, Muscletech, EAS, BSN, Optimum, TwinLab, ProLab, Interactiv, Maximuscle and more...

There will be Universal products too, Animal Pak and Stak and Nitro.

Thanks for the good wishes. When its open drop in, I should be there most mornings. Don't tell Pro-Nut but I'll look after ye! :D

Will any of the sales people at the store be able to give sound advice on nutritional products, what's best and what to take for what results.

    Hi Guys,

I was thinking of starting to train in MMA, but I am quite out of shape. I have some low back problems, a shoulder problem and poor diet.

What advice would you give a novice who needs to get their diet sorted out and fix some long standing injuries.

Some friends of mine advised me to get my diet in order before I start to train, would protein shakes do the trick, I guess what I am asking is what would be your opinion be, as most of the advice I am recieving is from people who do not train or eat well.

Give us a goo at your diet. But before you do that, your diet does not need to be in order before you train. You can start training and fix your diet up as you go. Having a bad diet doesn't stop you learning!

Post up your diet to start

Jon I work out and the creatin powder I use gives me spots. My sis thinks it's the milk I'm allergic too, I tried soy milk but still got spots. Do you stock any knid of protein drinks for body builders thats suitable for people with allergies? Thanks I'll tell my mates about your shop we'll come in.

Whatever about the injuries, the diet isn't a problem. Lots of people train and have awful diets! I'd be cautious with your injuries and maybe get them checked out before training.;)
