Getting The Boss (Practical Joke, Cream Pie etc)

Okey Dokey folks, our General Manager is leaving our building after working there for 18 years or so, he's moving to do his job from the company headquarters instead of the main store.
Myself and the other assistant manager are rather pally with him as he showed us the ropes, and taught us alot of what we know. Whenever someone was leaving he often insisted on being in on doing something to do. So we have decided between the two of us to do something to him. We know he will take it in good spirits mods, so don't worry. The only problem is that we are not sure what day is going to be his last in the shop, so that kind of makes things difficult.

Does anyone have any idea's as to what might be a good practical joke or send off that we can play on him? The obvious ones are cream pies, mixtures with ketchup, flour, milk, eggs etc, so I'm looking for other less obvious idea's, something outside the box perhaps!

All suggestions greatfully appreciated.

Perhaps a stange yet wonderful idea would be to do something nice for him? Something simple yet that will remind him of the days he used work in with ye whenever he looks at it.

Either that.......or one of these
