Paul Hurley Think and Be Slim? Anyone tried it?

I was working out in Total Fitness Sandyford this afternoon and they had a display for Paul Hurley Think and Be Slim, so I looked up the website when I got home.

It seems very bogus to me. The website says it uses - 'Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis, and Sports Psychology'

It goes on to say - 'You will notice changes from the very moment you start. Depending on what weight you are when you start, you will lose between 2-5 pounds every week'.

All this for €495 which gets you 12 CDs, a 'free' course manual, a 'free' CD of Self Mastery Secrets and a 'free' Think And Be Slim eBook. Though there is a special offer of €299!

Very surprised at a gym allowing something like this to be pushed on its premises. Just seems like the usual rubbish to me but maybe I'm wrong - has anyone used it?

495, thats fairly steep. I don't know myself but it seems to me yet another "easy solution" preying on those who can't be bothered to get off their behinds and actually do some exercise and look to these quick fixes.

    Just my opinion mind...
