Noisy Softrack

I recently got a Bulldog softrack (see here: http://www.surfinghardware.co.uk/Details.cfm?ProdID=177&category=17 ) to attach my surfboard to my car.

It all seems to work fine until I hit 45mph and it starts making horrible buzzing and clanking noises.

Doe's anyone know how to fit this thing properly as there don't seems to be any instructions on the packaging (besides "Put the straps through the doors, close the doors and attach your surfboard").

Any help (or maybe a link to the instructions for a similar product) would be appreciated.

IS your board in a bag? The bag may be flapping off the roof. If this is the case just wrap up the slack on your bag when you strap it on.

I was going to tell you to head to irishsurfer but you seem to have already done that.
