How do I save or print off an entire screen shot, that is everything on screen.

Where is the fada on a keyboard for typing Irish words.

    Thanks in advance.

Print Screen (prt scn) button above insert or ins key, that will take screen shot and then copy paste in ms paint. ctrl + alt + vowel key will give you fada over that vowel.

when u do the print screen, u can paste i into word or into wordpad, the quality will be way better in worpad than word, but unfortunately it will be a much much bigger file

Alt Gr + vowel will also do the trick.

Use Character Map. Click the letter and then 'Copy'. Back in Word (or whatever application you want the Irish word to be in) click Edit-Paste (or Ctrl-V).

For the screenshot, I second the MS Paint suggestion. Save as a JPG (it'll be smaller than a bitmap).
If you only want a small part of the screen e.g. an error message box, you can press Alt-Print Screen to just take a screenshot of the dialog/window/message that is active.

ya paint sure is a good one too as if you only want to select a certain area ( other than mentioned above ), u can just select the area you want from within paint and copy and paste that required part again .

i recommend snaggit as a print screen application. 30 day trial. It's hand for taking a print screen of scrollable windows (website screenshots) and can copy a segment of the screen too.
