    Every muscle in my body is officially dead. We worked on some open guard stuff, got to roll with some great people, did clinch drills, takedowns and lots of warming up :D

    Mark Leonard kept his promise and paid me my official laminated Mark Leonard tenner. It was a good weekend overall and I met some really cool guys. Guys came all the way from sweden, holland and scotland to fill the camp. We had a meal in Milanos and a few jars last night so it was a good social weekend too.
