If you could change one decision you made in your life that you now regret, what would it be?

Gorging myself on tonnes of junkfood from Xmas 2003 and months afterwards. Marched from 11 st 8 to 19 st 10 until May this year but now I'm on lipotrim and am 17 st 5lbs. Should be 11 st 6 by mid-October and will not make same mistake. Honestly...;)

Actually, not far off the mark here either with that. I went from 13st to 16st, in one year. I'm now back down to 11.5st again, but what a waste of a year making yourself fat!

How did you lose it? Lipotrim?

faceman, you're on a roll today. A few more threads started and you'll be set. One decision I would change would be never to have taken that sip of Red Bull, ruined my life (and sleeping pattern) it has. *sob*

Pffft. No. The gym. The gym, weights and my diet.....:)

I regret not taking Engineering in UCD back in 1991...sounds like a simple thing but my life would have been totally different.

What difference does it make? It's an interesting thread and question...

I can't really think of anything I'd change right now... Let me get back to you about that -- I'm sure there's loads, but I'm tired ATM :)

Honestly? Nothing,Ive had my ups and downs, more downs than ups but nothing worth regreting to the point i would want to change it.Looking back some things do make me wince and go WTF but i think its a learning experience and im (probably) better for it.

No. I accept everything I've done. One must not mess with the time lines!

That I ever read this post.

OK in fairness, that wasn't true. I regret not putting more effort into the clarinet and the drums when I was a young lad.

Regrets, I've had a few...mostly due to shyness when I was a bit younger.

Bloody useless hindsight. Not going to go into the details here...:p

Indeed, any such action could create a time paradox, the result of which could cause a chain reaction that would unravel the very fabric of the space-time continuum and destroy the entire universe!

I would have moved out of my then house at the start of the year, or as close to it as I could.

Classic 17 year old naivety ruined what probably would have been one of the best relationships of my life.

I regret that it took me so darned long to figure out what I want to be when I grow up! If I'd have known, I could have paved my path much more clearly!
I have my foot in the door, but I won't reach my ultimate goal for two years!
Had I done it sooner, we'd own our house by now and have no worry of bills today!

I also regret waiting so long to lose weight. I am thinner and more toned now than I was in high school!
