hi travelling to the states in august and would like to rent a car for 3 weeks starting off in washington and giving back in dallas. i am 21 which is ok, will have to pay a under age supplement with all of the larger companies i have checked out, problem is all of them (again iv only checked the larger ones( want you to have had your license for between 1 and 2 years, i wont have had it very long at all, so im basicly asking anyone know of companies that let you rent over in the states that didnt charge an underage fee and didnt require having your license for 1 or 2 years? thanks for your help :) any info at all would be appreciated!

Have you tried Enterprise Rent-A-Car? They are one of the bigger ones I believe and have offices in Ireland too afaik.

I agree, go with Enterprise Rent a Car- we went with them this year in LA. They don't make you pay a supplement if you're under 21, doesn't matter how long you have your full licence and price wise they're pretty decent. We paid a lil over $500 for 12 days rental. Definitely go with them
