Hi,

a friend experienced the following problem earlier today -
lost broadband connection for about 20 minutes after speaking on the phone.

does anyone know why this happens and how can it be fixed?

could be a line fault. I've had a few of these recently but not with the same problem. Best bet is to escalate through Eircom Support - assuming its Eircom BB you're using ?
