    Hi,
    Just got a 73 MGB.

    Just a few problems..

    Front indicators don't work

Passenger door not shutting properly (fouling receiver)

A few paint scratches on bonnet (Maybe a good scratch out product would sort this)

Still can't seem to fold hood properly!

Anyone near Naas who could maybe take a look at her and help me out?

    Nop,

Sounds like some of those are pretty DIY jobs though, time to get the hands dirty I'm afraid :p

Indicators sound like a fuse or the flasher module, check both. For the paint wander into Halfords or somewhere and go to the magical chemical section, see what they have, try it on a SMALL bit of the car, failing that, there are loads of scrape/scratch repair places in the phone book.

Door and the hood is nothing I can help you on, but a great MG guy is Johnny Flynn in Dun Laoghaire. I know that the hoods need to be replaced every few years, maybe its time?

Door may well be the Outer sill is rotten.
Way to check is to position a jack with a piece of wood under the car where the problem is and GENTLY start lifting, trying the door as you go!DO NOT jack the car off the ground at this point.
If problem is'nt improved, then it may well be the hinges or the reciever itself.
Hinges use a spirit level on the door as you open it.Reciever, try adjusting it it

Do a little exploratory work around the front indicators - along with the possibilities mentioned above it could well be a bad earth - you might want to check the bulbholder and wires in the general area. It might be worth checking other circuits as well as electrical problems rarely occur in isolation - the brake lights would be especially well worth checking. Ideally you might consider getting a colour coded wiring diagram (ebay?)or at least a meter so that you can tell what wire is doing what. Its a learning experience and like most things to do with classics very satisfying when you get it sorted.

    Hope this helps...
