cancelling eircom bb

    couldnt find out when i searched, does anyone know how long it takes to cancel an eircom bb subscription, switching over to a local operator (9mbit line) it takes 10 days from application to get so wanna time it right as not to be left stranded.

    when i cancelled in May 2005 it only took them a matter of hours to remove broadband from my line.

    Wait until you're live with Crossan and then ring and cancel Eircom. As pizzahead77 said it's fairly immediate.

    Ironcially enough Eircom seem to be the best company to be wtih if your want your bb gone fairly quickly:rolleyes:
