Please let me know if I've broken any of the rules in the charter, I've been through them and I'd like to know if I've gone wrong somewhere. It'll happen again unless it's pointed out.

naw.. just 'guidelines' in the posting images for critique sticky. it'll keep happening to everyone until I start asswhooping people... which in my current mood is going to start rather soon.

Ah fair enough, that was my guess as to the only place I may have gone wrong. I wasn't actually posting them for C&C though. A €9 disposable is hardly going to be anyones weapon of choice for presenting pics up for dissection to the keen eyes around here. Just thought some folks would like a few mountain pics.

Yup I like em. Can nearly taste the crisp mountain air. What you describe as the training mountain looks very high!

It's a shame using a cheapie on a mountain trip. Still, the shots are lovely. You should consider a small digi, Nikon or the like.

Had a trek up la Tournette myself a few years ago and forgot the film. Did something similar on a second occasion when I left the camera in Madame's rucksack. She was not up to the final climb. Two badly missed opportuntiies!

You're dead right Heinrich, if my budget would allow a good compact I would have brought it along. As for forgetting the film in your camera, just think of the weight saving ;)
@ Dundhoone, that was about 12200ft, it was extremely knackering and I thought I'd puke on the lad in front of me about five times. Still though, had to be done.
    Thanks for the comments guys.
