Sorry! Just somewhere, somehow electronic equipment can be purchased very cheap from countries such as Japan etc. I was just wondering how this is done and where?

A lot of those cheap jap electronics on ebay are coming out of the back door of the factory.

Alternatively, they are simply buying them in bulk from a wholesaler.

I'd say they would cost feck all over there anyways!

They could be fake names! Example buying tools with fake stamps on them!

Does anyone know any website that wholesale everything over in the UK besides Edit?

I just received mp3/dvd/divx player and in-dash 7" screen for my car. Bought them on ebay. Cost me €170. They are excellent value. You would know the quality is a bit below par but I'ld rather pay that much than approx €1000 for something similar here.

It was shipped through DHL and stopped for duty- only €32 though

those dash-mounted screen things are all shít anyways.
A little too "boy racer"-esque for me.
Its basic economics, not sekkrit cheap factories...

    Buy in bulk... cheaper
    Buy poorer quality... cheaper
Sell on ebay, cut costs... cheaper
    Pay no tax(presumably)... cheaper
Cutting down on "middlemen" and whatnot... cheaper
