I type in my a/c number, secure ID and password, then click to log-in, and get this:

    netellererror0lp.jpg

Been like this for the past 2 days, have emailed support@neteller.com but no reply so far.

nope, been using it fine for the last few days, just tried logging in there and got into my account no problem.

I couldn't even get through to the neteller site the other day.

Arghhh... just tried logging in and couldn't remember my password, entered it wrong 4 times and my account is closed now:rolleyes:

I'll let you know if I can log in when I get that sorted!

OFF TOPIC: I have a bit of cash left in pokerstars I want to transfer to Neteller. I tried, but not properly, to cash out but I think it said something about having to leave $25 in my account. Is this right? How can I cash that $25 out if I can't do it through Neteller:confused:

EDIT: Luke, try it in IE maybe?

I'm getting the exact same message as you Luke.
Although my account was fine yesterday evening.

No problems here either, just checked now and got in OK, did you try ringing Support??

EDIT: BTW I'm using IE too, maybe it's a Firefox issue??

Panic over I just logged in.

Ok, turns out I was entering the account details of my old account, I couldn't remember the password and threw a few guesses in, when I guessed right, it told me my account was closed, I didn't know this was the right guess and thought they closed it because I entered the wrong password too many times. Got onto the LIVE CHAT and they sorted me in 5 minutes and made me realise my mistake. Anyway, I can log in fine to my current account.

Live Chat is so handy, Neteller have always been excellent in customer service. You'll probably sort it out in no time if you try Live Chat. It could just be a browser problem though?

I have spoken with LiveChat and although they were helpful they still couldn't open my account. They've passed the problem on to the IT dept and I am waiting to hear from them.

One has to wonder what an "Apache Tomcat" has to do with one's Neteller account.

Maybe Mr Bush is telling Neteller if you facilitate Yanks playing the devil's game we are going to send an Apache Tomcat to redecorate your office.

I doubt mister Bush would use two words of four syllables in one sentence.

I can now sign in through IE but receive the same error message on Firefox as before.

Apache is some script thingy on the page design I think:D

Mark, is it perfectly normal on IE for you?

Try clearing FireFox history and cookies and all of that kind of thing perhaps?

It works fine for me with IE, strange things happen when I try and use Firefox

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,844 ✭✭✭✭cormie

Same with a lot of sites but the thing is, it worked fine for me in FF:confused: But the live chat didn't load properly for me in FF. This is why it's recommended to keep IE when getting FF too;)

they are having problems with the site which don't seem to be affecting everyone...
yesterday i couldn't login at all,i rang them and they said they were having problems with the site and that it would be sorted out within 24 hours...
now i just managed to login but there is html code dotted around the page and the tabs at the top are there but dont have any names and arent linking to anything...
it pisses me off that a site dealing with money can be so unreliable

Neteller is fooked at the moment for me. Anyone else having problems? The home page isn't loading properly. Problems on both FF and IE, though it seems slightly worse on IE.

    Working fine for me.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,806 ✭✭✭Lafortezza

    Working fine for me.
Are you using windows XP? IE or Firefox?

Edit: Working for me now in IE, after I cleared all cookies/internet history. Still borked in Firefox though.

Working fine for me in Firefox. Apache Tomcat is the web server software by the way and it looks like a standard file not available error. It looks like the missing file is user specific so maybe they had some issues with certain users' files.

finally working for me again in FF now.
