Diet plan needed.

    Hi All

    does anybody have a diet plan that adds up to about 3200 calories per day, provides 154g of protein per day and has a 40:40:20ish ratio of carbs, protein and good fats. I have been trying to do up my own but I'm finding it very hard to find the foods that meet the criteria. For example if you go for 1g of protein per pound of body weight, when 1g = 4calories, that leaves a lot for carbs to make up the 3200 calories. Or am I completely wrong on this?:confused::confused:

    I would appreciate if people put up their diet plan anyway, just so I could get an idea about how to put on togeather.

    Any and all help is appreciated.

    I figured that might be the case. But how do you reconcile the 1g per bw of protein with the ratio and calories you need to consume to grow?
