    if i get sky and sky+ can i still get non sky digital channels in my other room(without paying for multiroom) as i can now with ntl as we have cable plus digital package thing.

    yes you can, when the installer installs the sly for you, you can bring another feed from the spare port on the quad lnb and bring it into the room where you want to view it. all you need then is either a 2nd hand sky box or a free to air box.

    when sky intaller comes ask him to run another feed from the dish into the room where you wan't the free to view box and the all you have to do is get yourself a sky box and Free to View card off of ebay and you'll get lots of channels. eg bbc1 bbc2 utv channel 4 channel 5, sky 3 , sky news and about 100 more
