    Hi folk,
Ive used ebay before and bought a few things under my ebay account which was set up to use my sisters credit card in paypal. I then got my own credit card and swapped my card in for my sisters. I havent used ebay/paypal in ages and now forget all my passwords, etc..

I managed to find my passwords. I bought an item off ebay.com but when i went to pay for it through paypal it le me sign in but started stating "This transaction exceeds your remaining sending limit. Please complete your enrollment in the Expanded Use Program. You will then be allowed to send more money." I went ahead with this and let them charge me E1:50 thinking i`d be able to pay for my item but i now have to wait to get my credit card statememt to get a PIN number to complete the transaction.

Anybody else experience this. What exactly is this E1:50 charge and should i have payed it. Any help appreciated.

Yeah everyone has to pay this. If you can check your credit card statement online you should be able to get the number you need off of it. Otherwise ring your credit card company tomorrow and tell them you need the number to get your PayPal account active and they will give it to you. :D

i remember doing this, and i can remember there was something on the paypal site saying not to ring the credit card company as it will invalidate the number or something like that.

I think you get the 1.50 back. Do you have online banking? You could check your CC account and see if the validation number is there.
