LA Fitness gym in Rathgar, Dublin

    Anyone a member here? What do ye think of it?

    They are doing free pass for a day, I booked in to do it during the week. I just called in and a girl showed me around there and then. It looks like a lovely gym, and there is a pool too. The equipment looks new and the classes are very good.

    They also do aqua aerobics which interests me a lot. The joining fee is €40 and then €69 a month.

    Any comments welcome. Cheers :)

    I had a look one day, loads of kids running around in karate uniforms and a nice but light weights area.
    If you like classes ect its probably perfect...

    It stands for light ass gym, thats what they told me anyway...

    I've been a member there for a few months ,and fine it fine.
    The changing rooms are always clean, the female ones anyway, and the staff are helpful enough.
    One or two slight drawbacks would be It's size, I go in the morning and never have any problems getting a machine ,but I've heard in the evenings people can be standing around waiting to use certain equipment.
    Also the equipment itself is not new, and I have had some minor problems with them.
