Late nights and early sunrises don't mix well. Has anyone ever used a sleep mask to block out the light? Do they work? Thinking about getting one. If anyone has any experiences, please share:)

I got one ages ago and it works a treat. I bought mine in Dunnes IIRC. I forgot it on holidays and had a disaster trying to sleep. They really do work, but you have to forget you're wearing it. :)

There is also the blackout curtain liner (I think that's what they are called).
AFAIR Dunnes do them as well. You can just clip them onto the back of the curtains

They seem to be gettinga good response. I just hope they work for me! Not sure if it actually is the brightness or my brain constantly on the go:(

Had a friend that always used one for red-eye airplane flights. She told me that the material had to be washable for hygiene purposes, and that some of the chic ones failed this test.

yea, it's so annoying, I always seem to wake up 2 hours before I want to. The whole 8 hours sleep, I always wake up after 6:(

They are great for messing with your sleep pattern, especially if you don't sleep on planes.
