Does an Irish female rock singer even exist?

    Girls, we`re 4 male musicians (2 guitarists, bass player and drummer) looking for a creative singer for lyrics and melody. Our influences are too numerous to mention. We just want to write good melodic songs that will get airplay, and enable us to make a living from music. We`re not dreamers, nor are we trying to reinvent the wheel.

    If you have a good image, (and we`re not talking catwalk or soapstar babe), and look like a girl with a rock/indie/alternative attitude, then get in touch. Picture yourself as fronting a band and seeing your photo in NME or Hot Press. Someone who looks like they`re pleased to be fronting a band of creative musicians, as opposed to looking bored numb in front of an uncreative covers or wedding band.

    Is that you, and are you genuinely determined to make it happen for the other 4, along with yourself? We have a management structure in place, with music industry contacts. Gigs and recording will follow. But hey, this is not all about frowns and self-importance! We want to have fun along the way and even if we don`t achieve the Holy Grail of a record deal, at least we`ll all have enjoyed ourselves trying to get there.

    So where exactly are ye based? Love decent music, Indie, rock and even a bit of metal (lacuna coil, evanescence etc. not the mad stuff!) Pretty good at writing lyrics too, B ;)
