For years I have bitten the skin on the inside of my cheeks and lips. Just habit really and Ive being trying to stop lately. Just wondering really, are there any long-term problems in doing this? Like say, am I more prone to mouth diseases, etc?

I'm not sure. But I have braces, which do that for me! I have a small hole at the end of the brace. SO if its ok for braces to muck up I don't see why it should be any different for teeth. But ya I do that too:D
