Boards.ie pages slow to load

    Dunno if this is the right palce for this thread but I notice that at times, the response time before a page from boards.ie begins to load could be up to 10 secs or more. Is this because of all the people on the forums at one time. I dont think its anything to do with my broadband connection as I use my laptop on a number of different connections and its the same on all.

    Could boards be a victim of its own success and need more bandwidth as a result? Anyone else noticed this?

    Thanks Buffy, you're right that's where it should have been.

    Anyway, it was really an observation and definitely not a complaint. I read those threads and got the explanation which was in line with what I thought would be the answer. Thanks again for your reply tho.
