    Hey All,

Another query for your paragons of fitness!

I recently got my finger our and devised a proper routine via the advice on the boards here and general stuff I knew myself. So I am have split it out now with Chest/Shoulders/Biceps now on each gym visit. Obviously I throw in legs and AB work amongst that list. Now its working out quite well for me with the shoulders and the chest excercises as I can really feel it the next day, no pain no gain and all that. Although its the bicep work that I amnt really too hot on, can anybody recommend some good bicep work? Or at least some good form for preacher curls I cant get the hang of those bad boys!

    Thanks in advance!

There's a list of bicep exercises here. tbh, chins are one of the best way to build biceps, and a lot of people will say that bicep strength and size often comes around best as a result of doing more compound back work (wide-grip pull-downs, pull-downs with D-bar or A-bar etc). Personally I've found I get the best 'pump' on my biceps with an ez bar curl, with your hand postioned on the slant so they're facing inwards to hit both heads pretty well, and incline DB curls give you a really good range of movement. But for strength it sbeen chins all the way- my arms have gotten much, muh stronger wince starting to do them properly.
