Help with Port Forwarding on UTV

    I had some problems with my connection which made all my ip addresses of routers etc change and stuff, Now my port forwarding, which was set up my someone else, is fecked. Need some help as I don't really understand this stuff very well.

    I downloaded uTorrent upon some recommendations here but it would not work, the Port Forwarding test says its not configured correctly.

    I'm on UTV broadband with a Creative Broadband Blaster. All connected via a Linksys wireless router.

    (how I think it is done , but its probably wrong).
    I'm trying to open port 12347 - or just open any to use uTorrent etc.

    10.15.14.1 is the login to my UTV router. When I go to www.whatismyipaddres.com it says it is 194.46.183.186 but I think this changes all the time.

    Any advise appreciated.
