Pilates DVD

I need to shape up a bit - about 30lbs worth - and Im looking for a pilates DVD that I can use at home to compliment my running. Does anyone have the name of a good one and where I can get it? i appreciate all suggestions given and feedback if anyone has used them selves. Thanks Dell

I would recommend this DVD

It is divided into a pre-basic, beginners, intermediate and advanced. I have used it myself and have recommended it to my pilates students. The transition from exercise to exercise is a little fast so watch each section before you try them.

However no DVD can replace the one to one attention and correction that an actual instructor can give you.
