Any way to reverse text and background colours

I sometimes find it difficult to read web pages that have white type on a black background,it seems to put a strain on my eyes.:(

Is there any simple way I can reverse the colours ?

Quick way would be to highlight the text (ctrl+a). Usually uses contrasting colours.

If I was really interested in a page I copy all into Word or Notepad but I was hoping for a quicker way

Try opera, it has a few different style options easily accessable from the view menu out of the install package.

Emulate text browser rocks!

It has a little trouble with the menu's on boards but it's better than nothing.
