I'm using 2 different types of ammo in my .22mag one groups inch to the top and over to the right and the others obviously on zero

The scope is a hawke reflex mildot and i was wondering would it be much harm to it to be constantly changing the zero or whatever the term is id proably end up doing this alot if i was going to be doing it but could refrain if its not that good for the scope

Very generally speaking, target/'tactical' scopes are built to handle constant adjustment, hunting scopes (particularly 'budget' ones) aren't.

Top-of-the-line hunting scopes (Zeiss, Schmidt & Bender, Leupold, etc) should handle it no bother.

With the best will in the world, the Hawke Reflex range isn't exactly the crème de la crème of riflescopes, so I'd expect your scope to wear out quicker than the brands mentioned above and similar.
That said, I'd say to go ahead and use it as you want, and if it starts to get sloppy and unable to hold a zero, well, replace it. It's only a tool, after all.

Pretty much as i thought will just change it when im specifically shooting foxes then and not the whole time thanks for the info suppose losing €50 wouldnt be the end of the world and i could stick a proper scope on it and get some proper use out of it

I've had the same problem with a crappy scope,it took a couple of mild knocks and its not worth a damn now, can't even get it to adjust anymore.
