Table is generally loose-bad, but not shy about betting with a wide range of draws.

Hero is 4-tabling 6max, on the phone and generally annoyed about the variance of short-handed PLO.

I thought about raising the turn but with Villain having top 2 or set I get called/raised every time, and there are unlikely to be any scare cards for Hero to be able to push Villain off his hand on the river.

    Players:
sharbelito (EUR 21,69 in seat 1)
Hero (EUR 228,85 in seat 2)
    Viper_77 (EUR 244,95 in seat 3)
fpoker (EUR 365,26 in seat 4)
    obie3e (EUR 66,45 in seat 5)
Ryu_ (EUR 187,00 in seat 6)

    Dealer: fpoker
    Small Blind: obie3e (0,50)
    Big Blind: Ryu_ (1,00)
Blind out of turn: sharbelito (1,00)

    Hero was dealt: Ts - 6d - 7c - 8s

    sharbelito Check
    Hero Call (1,00)
    Viper_77 Fold
    fpoker Call (1,00)
    obie3e Call (0,50)
    Ryu_ Check

    Flop 5s - Kh - 9c

    obie3e Check
    Ryu_ Bet (5,00)
    sharbelito Fold
    Hero Call (5,00)
    fpoker Call (5,00)
    obie3e Call (5,00)

    Turn 5s - Kh - 9c - 3d

    obie3e Check
    Ryu_ Bet (25,00)
    Hero Call (25,00)
    fpoker Fold
    obie3e Fold

    River 5s - Kh - 9c - 3d -

    4s

    Ryu_ Bet (75,00)
    Hero Raise (175,00)
    Ryu_ All-In (81,00)
    Hero Payback (19,00)

    Hero shows: Ts - 6d - 7c - 8s

    (a straight, seven high)
    Ryu_ shows: 6s - 5d - 5h - 2d

    (a straight, six high)

Hero wins: EUR 384,00 (with a straight, seven high)

I bet every street representing top/middle set, and and still cant push Villain off his hand on the river.

Would you have raised the turn? Folded the flop/turn? I don't like your shoes.

folded preflop :), then folded the flop, your relative position is bad, and you dont have a particularly good draw, and the field still has to act behind you.

But in saying that, the villain paid you off good, so what do I know, but I think you would not have gotten the same sort of action if you had hit a different card than the 4.

I don't like folding this hand at any point. On the turn especially, you have 13 outs and even a whiff of implied odds makes this a profitable call.

I'd usually raise or call this hand preflop, call maybe 60% ish. It's a loose 6max table.

I have position on the Villain in this hand, I'm not too worried about those to act behind me as the turn is relatively a blank.

My draw is pretty good, 9 outs on flop, 13 on turn. And I think he'll pay me off to some extent on the river.
