The only difference between the two MSI mobo's is the former is an SLI board.
The monitor looks great, but it's out of stock (assuming you noticed that).
Tbh I think Raptors are a bit overrated, but if you want them, don't let me put you off.
Other than that, everything looks grand. AM2 should be interesting..you could throw a few benchies up when you have it together.

/edit: You might want to have a look here, there's recommended memory configurations, and the AM2 X2's are recommended to use DDR2-667 or 800, the memory you chose is DDR2-533.

I haven't a clue whether thats just OcUK trying to make money, or if it's an actual requirement. Google'll be your friend if you're concerned.

    Memory is only DDR2 533, if you're gonna overclock or set a memory divider i'd suggest a minimum of DDR2 667, in fact...the AM2 Dual Core CPU's call for a minimum of DDR2 667.

    Hell i'd even shoot for 2GB of DDR2 800:

But this is what i'd recomend:

Lol yeah, and then when that's released, K8L will be just around the corner! It's pretty much futile waiting for the next best thing when it comes to computers.
