Vodafone 1240, aka HTC Tornado, is a nice smartphone with wifi and Office Suite. I dont know if you can get it in Ireland but it's out in UK..

I emailed Vodafone about it last week - they said they don't have any plans on introducing it here :( However, I know that there were some on eBay last week (refurbished models (ex-showcase?)). A colleague of mine has an N70, it's a pretty neat device - good screen, seemd pretty responsive, though a little wide for my liking.

You should ring back and ask them why they had a full page advert in the Computers in Business supplement in the Sunday Business Post last week which featured the Vodafone 1240!!
