Hi i have just completed a CCNA training course in BCT and i am now planning on booking the exam in the next couple of weeks. However i am considering taking the two exam option but do not know much about either.

Can anybody tell me, what exactly are on the two exams. Is the ICND just simulation or is there theory involved or whats involved. Or should i just go for the full CCNA exam. Any advice appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Des

Two exam option, ICND and INTRO

It really depends on well you think you know your stuff. The CCNA can be quite difficult. In the full exam, you have 3 Sims, from what I remember if you fail one of those sims you have to score practically 100% on the questions (more or less)

I think you should go for the two exam option because you can study for each exam seperatly they both cover different topics. So you focus all your study on smaller amounts of topics before the exam thereby increasing your chance of passing each exam individually.

The only negative part is the cost, you pay double the amount.

Also on a seperate note it might be worth your while doing a search for CCNA I know alot of different people were asking about this recently. All of which should have taken the exam by now, so you could get first hand opinions, its been a while since I sat it. Post back and let us know how you got on

    Good Luck

On inquring a few months ago I found that BIT was the only academy in the country teaching the CCNP. Have you any plans to pursue it?
