Digiweb first connection

    After being very quick to install the equipment (just 5 days from the online subscription) I'm now stuck with the modem flashing in the "cable link" led and then resetting after a while. Reading the modem logs it can't receive any packet from the DHCP. I rang yesterday Digiweb and they told me the they will solve the issue for today morning.

    Anybody of you experienced the same problem?

    Things seemed to have gone too smoothly and now I have the sensation that I will have to wait a long before having the connection..
