    Start -> Run -> cmd.

    cd full path of directory here

    dir > files.txt

    The file will be created in the same directory.

    dir /a:-d /b > dirlist.txt

    will remove the summary and only give you the filenames (including dirlist.txt)

    Well, the easiest way is probably to use the command prompt. go to START - RUN and type "cmd" and then navigate to the folder (e.g. cd c:\foldername\ ) and then type "dir >> list.txt" - this will create a list of files called list.txt in that folder - if this is ok let me know, theres different layouts that can be used with the "dir" command.

    :)
