Is it possible to work out allot and not lose weight?

The reason i ask this is because I'm a really bad eater, I hate most woods. It's not my fault it's my stomach...

But i do go the Gym, But because of the way i eat and the thing i dont eat i know I’m not getting the most out of the gym.

If i worked harder in the Gym to lose the weight would that be worse for my body?

Its not that I’m over weight it's just my belly; I want to reduce it a little.

Do sit-up’s help reduce the size of your belly or just turn the fat into muscle?

So go get allergy tested, or else to be honest your fuc*ed and open to all sorts of issues down the road, as the list of stuff that gives you trouble doesn't seem to leave a lot to eat.

Until then we can't really help you at all because all we can say is "eat more meat" which i'm assuming you have latched on to already.

Well at least make sure your taking a multi vitamin, it wil help. Does the food make u sick literaly? or you just plain dont like it? In the end of the day not eating right is down to the person, no one else can help

Thats a wee bit strange, u think that you would have gotten tested by this stage? Like im the same way with salad, i would literally get sick but in that case its just because i dont like it not allergy. Either way get tested, read the stickies and check through the previous pages

Mate, unless you know what you can and can't eat, then there's no way that you can work out the best way to lose weight.

Get allergy tested. If that shows nothing, go to a doctor - it could a stomach disorder, and not that particular foods make you sick. If he says your clear, then go to a psychologist - it could be a psychological thing (plenty of people get sick at the thought of having eaten a certain type of food). You see where I'm going with this?

For the record, yes it is possible to work out a lot and never lose weight.

My wife was like that at first, but worked on it. Now she'll eat loads of veg and it doesn't make her sick. It was obviously in her head.

    wrong :D
Losing weight requires caloric defecit. Working out alot doesn't gaurantee that - you need a total/holistic approach to weightloss (diet/exercise/sleep).
