    hi does anybody use this stuff, my mate recommended it and i got it and it seems quite good but im not too sure how to fit it in round meals.

    You are suppose to use it on an empty stomach and an hour before training and then after training for an hour or so this will leave about a 5 hour gap between meals.

    anybody any ideas?

    There's a few thread over the last couple of months on this stuff, and most people found it to be very good.

    I find it great, it makes a difference alright. I've never heard of anyone taking it after the gym also, and to be honest I don't see how it sould be of much benefit, IMHO you'd be better taking a protein supplement after a workout.

    As for side effects, some people say you will get head aches, the first time I took it, I did it for 5 days on a row, then off it for 2 days and got a nasty headache I can't definetly link it to that, but it is the only thing I can think of. Since then I have been fine.

    sorry i ment to say that after training for bout 2 hours that thats bout 5 hours without a real meal and not that i took it after training

    Probably the caffeine, headaches are a sure sign of caffeine withdrawel symptoms.
