Didn't get to enjoy the sun properly 'cause of work this weekend so no, didn't get burnt. Have fallen asleep in the sun before though and it's horrible, especially if it gets your back or chest, very sore to sleep on and even worse when it comes to showering.

Yes. This morning I cooked a fry on my naked thigh. I've been putting the aftersun on and staying in since saturday night and I'm still burning up. this sucks.

I never burn, Last year in Venice it was 40 Degrees and I wandered around in short shirt etc with no sun cream and I didn't burn.

My tan got nicely topped up (have a nice base cause I was in Spain last month) but my right arm got burnt after driving from Limerick to Cork yesterday - so I look kinda funny! Not too badly burnt though, still brown with a slight pink twinge......

Got sun-burned down half my body yesterday so i know exactly what you mean. Go out and buy some Aloe Vera Gel (more manly... GRRRRR!) and put it in the fridge.

Then apply... cools you right down and eases the itching!

If you've touched it already, you're too late.

I burn very easily, last year I was in Macedonia and burnt consistantly for a month, even through factor 20. I also got a nice red coating at the weekend.

The solution to sunburn is simple, ignore it. Don't touch it at all, just have a cool shower (warm water will only inflame it more)

The worst thing you can do is expose it to the sun (double sunburn ****ing hurts) so make sure you cover up (suncream won't do).
And the second worst thing you can do is itch. So DON'T TOUCH IT!

I'm seriously pissed off! Got badly burnt on saturday afternoon on my arms, face, and FEET ffs. I couldn't even walk by saturday night and still can't now so while all my friends are off playing football, goin to the pub, etc I spent the last 2 days at home It's a load of ****! Aloe Vera gel is good btw =]

left the house on saturday evening and got home on sunday morning, just as the sun was rising. no sun burn for me.

No, but I got a nice colour. I am half-Mexican and half-White, of all descriptions, so therefore in the winter I am glowing white (almost translucent) but when the sun comes out I gradually just darken. But if I stay out too long at first I fry like a rasher!

This is going to sound really funny but I swear it works...if you get burnt (sun, stove, anything) put vinegar on it. It takes the sting out and the pain. But you have to put it on straight away. It stinks but works, then again some people like the smell of chips

Nope, was out on the water for most of sat. Three applications of sun cream and I've got a nice colour but no sun burn.
