Japanese Text Input With OSX

    OK, I'm having a bit of trouble finding out how to enter Japanese text while using Mac OSX. The OS is set to English, I've got a japanese/us english keyboard, which should allow direct input of either language. And yet, I dont know how to switch from one to another.

    Anyone able to help?

    Look at the top of the screen on the menu bar to the right hand side you should see a flag. Select the flad and a drop down menue should appear listing all languages on your mac. If not the dock and select the preference icon, when it opens select the international preference. When they open select the imput methof tab, when it opens tick the languages you want displayed on the menu bar.

    Ah, it was almost too easy! No downloading of IMEs or anything!
