Prem Plus via red-button

    Hey all. I ordered a Prem Plus season ticket on May 23rd on the red button service with my credit card. It said my transaction had been processed but it still hasn't been charged to my credit card. That view your Sky statement online dosen't seem to work from the interactive menu so i can't find find out if I got the ticket or not. Don't want to ring those idiots at Sky. Anyone else do this?

    Yes, I did exactly the same, assumed all was well. Must check if my card has been charged but can't until tomorrow. Will let you know.

    Has your credit card been charged/debited?
    EDIT - Sorry just seen you checked that. I also ordered the season ticket but did it by telephone and it showed up on my card 2 days later

    Now you have me worried, I checked and my card has not been debited. What does this mean? I took them at their word that the special offer of €70.00 would not be repeated this year (like it was in previous years) and went ahead and ordered. It seems their system has screwed up and no doubt they won't believe I had actually ordered it. Whats the next move I wonder?

    As I said i ordered by telephone, a week past last Friday I think and I had my "thank you" letter from Sky delivered here on Friday. So about 2 days before my credit card was charged and about 7 days till I got the written confirmation.

    Best thing is to give them a ring

    If you try reordering - it will tell you once connected if you already have it.

    I ordered via red button about two weeks ago. Receipt letter arrived in post today, dated 23rd May

    Lads, on a slightly different tack, anyone who normally buys Prem plus in Aug for €70 not bother renewing in May? I didn't! If they don't bring the price down again to €70 or less they can shove it.I bought all season tickets so far but I wont be held to ransom.. anyway whats the point Chelski will have it won by Nov/Dec... 5live will do me for non Sky/RTE Matches...:D
