Graphics Card, Ext HD and CPU Fan help

    Hey,
I'm looking to splash out a bit after the exams. I'm looking to buy a new PCI-E graphics card for about €200 from Komplett. Any recommendations in that price range?

I'm also looking at getting a new CPU fan. The one I have is very noisy. I have an AMD 3500 with the stock fan currently. What's a good fan? I want one as silent as possible and I don't think I'll be doing any overclocking.
Is a cpu fan easy to install?

I'm probably gonna get an external hard drive as well, looking at this one http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=318905

    Seems good. Any opinions?

PS I'll probably be getting all from Komplett so any links to there would be great. Thanks :)

For €200 a 7600GT is your best buy you can find ones hovering around the 200-215 mark like this & this.

For a quiet CPU cooler Zalman is one of the best get yourself a CNPS7700-Cu cooler and enable the AMD Cool & Quiet feature it that should noteability reduce the noise.

There is actually an even better one the Zalman CNPS9500 but Komplett don't sell it.

However the Zalman fans are easy to install but require that you remove the existing mounting for stock heat sinks which means you'd have to remove the motherboard, if you don't want to do that my next best recommendation is the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro I have one in a system and it is a good cooler and quiet too plus it uses the normal retention mechanism so no need to pull the motherboard out, only place I know that sell them is OcUK.

External hard drives aren't terribly too different from each other so no major comment on it other than the fact it doesn't have firewire which is slightly better in terms of performance for external HD's but nothing to loose sleep over.

I'm thinking of going for the Zalman but does anyone know if it's compatible with the Epox EP-9NPA+ motherboard.
On the Zalman website it says the EP-9NPA+ SLi and EP-9NPAJ are. I couldn't imagine they would be much different in terms of layout. Anyone know?
