Just got myself a 12lbs bag of this stuff, has anyone used it before? my only worry about it is is the high calorie content, as i dont want to put on some bad weight. How hard do you need to train to see proper gains from this stuff. I normally would go to the gym 4 times a week for over an hour, normally try to include a 30 minute swim if im not too tired.

    cheers for your time.

Heya, I used this stuff before and ive found it does add weight..both muscle and a bit of fat..but then again i wasnt doing much cardio..
Needless to say, i think its good stuff and wud recommend it for gaining weight in addition to your normal meals

ON aren't renouned for their weight gainers at all. You will put on fat if you are not careful. It's a pity because their proteins are quite good

alright thats pretty much what i wanted to know, i dont really want the risk of putting on fat as i dont think ill be training that hard during the summer time, so is there any products you recommend with high protein content, low calories and maybe a bit of glutamine or creatine...???

I used loads of that at one point before and I didnt gain much weight at all (about 3 or 4 pounds of lbm by the end I think), but I find it very difficult to gain weight anyway. I also lost my appetite while I was using it. You could try the Optimum Nutrition whey protein
