Its a crime to be stuck indoors on a day like this sitting as a desk doing a boring job.

What would you rather be doing if you had the day off?

I'd like to be outside in my folks backgarden with all the family around having a bar-b-que.:D Sigh!

In a country with our weather there should be a law stating the whenever a day like this comes along it becomes an automatic public holiday! At least there are only a few hours left today then its out to the garden with a 6-pack of ice-cold beer! Woohoo!

It's fabulous out and I really hope it stays this nice for tomorrow....my sister is getting married :)

Looks like it'll be a nice evening so I'm sure we'll be sitting out on the deck having a few drinks tonight.

    Should be good fun.

Some Guy told me according to the interweb we are expecting a 'mexican' summer. I have absolutly no idea what that means. We used to call hot spells Indian summers, maybe it's a racist thing and he was being PC..:D

Does that mean we can all fall asleep under huge hats between 1 and 3 pm? That would be cool.

used to take the day off in an old job when the weather was nice. the job was flexible and easy, so we could afford to take time off.
    i miss that job.

    a bit off topic but...
hey, you're off to cuba!! cool. i was there a few years ago, you'll have a brilliant time. I really recommend you go to the Revolution Museum and pay the $7 for a guide, it lasts about an hour and it is one of the best touristy/historical holiday things i have ever done. Well worth the money.

Also watch out for getting a taxi back to the airport, if you pick up an "unofficial" one off the street. they arent allowed drop people to the airport so will dump you out at the access road - if you have a lot of bags that walk up to the airport door is a killer in the heat.

    have a great time.

Like, HELLOOOOO?! It's, like, a scientifically proven fact. Just ask the Weather forum mods. Weather around exam time = good. Weather at start of September when schoolkids' holidays are over = good. Weather in between = crap. In meteorological terms it's known as the "Bookended Low Pressure Front Isobar Effect".;)

I have to comment on your post Earthman i will neva let you away
    with anything:D :D:D:D

The weather will be fine Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Temperatures won't rise excessively generally between 18-22c
with the odd 23c here and there.

Monday will be a cloudier with temperatures generally around 17-21c

Tuesday will see a breakdown to cooler weather for a time
temperatures 15-18c. The outlook after this is for generally
fine weather with average temperatures of 16-19c and good
sunny spells at times and not much sign of prolonged rain.

Very nice for the weekend but not looking tres promising past Tuesday;)

    ...........
