Dont know about price, but you should probably know that the expansions for HOMMIV are pretty small, they add more campaigns, but theres no new armies and not many new neutral units (5 or something I think), so you should only bother with these if you want to play the campaigns (you can get loads of skirmish custom maps so the extra maps with it are a moot point, HOMMIV has some excellent custom maps).
