Who uses HDD-based players when running?

First off, I made a similar post to the Fitness forum, not realising that this forum existed, so apologies to those who inhabit both forums.

Quick question - can anyone who uses media players not based on flash memory share their experiences on the player's reliability when used in a mechanical vibration situation such as jogging?

Many thanks for your anecdotal contributions. :)
