[iPod] Software version problem

Yesterday I went into iTunes to put more songs on my Nano. I got a message saying that there was a newer version of iTunes available, so I was thinking to myself thats grand. I downloaded it and all and was delighted with myself. Then I got an error message saying that it needs quick time 7.0.3 to work. But I have googled it and downloaded a file that was an earlier version of Quick Time. I can't find the file that I need. But even worse again I left my iTunes cd that I got with my Ipod in my Grans house and I won't be going up there for another couple of weeks. Does anyone know what I can do or where I can get this file from?

open quick time player, goto 'help' and then 'update software' - that should make it update to latest version
