Does anyone know of any running clubs or meet n train gatherings in the Naas/Sallins area???

I've been training for the last 4 months but struggle to improve. I'm trying to run in 10k or half marathons, but could definately do with some company along the way. My pace is around 9:15 min per mile, but would like to be around 8:40 min

If anyone is interested or has any advice, please reply

There is a club in Newbridge. The track at the school opposite the Co Council sports centre on Station Road usually has the lights turned on on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 pm. You could ask somebody there.
There are usually people running 400m track repeats then. I am not a member of the club but do use the track on the Wednesdays.

I don't know the size of the club but have run with a few of them at the Curragh at 11am on the Sunday mornings and they are a friendly enough bunch. I would say that the Wednesday is your best bet.
